Chef Chris has always had a passion for creating unique flavors. Now in Hawaii he's worked to incorporate the diverse flavors found in Hawaii and the locally grown and sourced cucumbers, fresh herbs and vegetables found in abundance on the islands to make gourmet pickles. With a blend of traditional techniques and modern twists, these pickles reflect the epitome of flavor and crunch!
