Pickles are more than a condiment for your burgers. Use them to accompany any meal as a side dish to add crunch, flavor as well as cool to any meal.
Protip: Save your brine! Pour it in a ziplock bag over chicken, pork, fish or fresh cut vegetables and marinade for 48 hours.
Pat dry and toss on the grill or cook as usual on a stovetop or in the oven. Discard the brine.
As Chef Chris only uses fresh vegetables and herbs in his brines, all that flavor is absorbed into your meat or vegetables. Enjoy!
