Named after "Mondo", a really great guy and friend, this is one of our spiciest pickles.   With the smoky flavor of Thai Chilis and Ghost Peppers, its unique taste is a real favorite.  Simply delicious!

Ingredients: Cucumbers, ghost peppers, habanero peppers, thai chilis, red onion,
green onion, bell pepper, red radish, green Thai
peppercorn, coriander, thyme, basil,
rosemary, mustard seed, chili crisp, sugar,
pickling salt, vinegar, purified water.
